Try making one! Oy. I crocheted a mobius scarf for my mom for Christmas. They're great to have....but a bit of a pain to make, and tough on the old noggin to "figure out".
Basically, the mobius strip only has one edge and one side...which is why our brains often have trouble with it...after all, it clearly appears to be a two-sided strip with two edges.
Ther recycling symbol is probably the most recognizable mobius strip::
