Remember how Daniel said that there was more in the letter that they weren't ready to talk about yet?

Could Taylor have been hinting at that when she asked the boys if "ponies" and "clowns" meant anything to them. I get that feeling Taylor was telling us we needed to wait on them.

All this "19" talk soooo reminds me of Stephen King....

Alright, I'm making some progress, I guess. According to the city of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, there is going to be a HUGE "Salute to Recreation" spanning today, tomorrow, and Sunday. The brochure is here: http://www.laparks.org/salute/entertainment.htm
According to the brochure, there is going to be a PETTING ZOO, and there's a good probability that there will be a clown there. I'm still researching, and I thought I'd put this up.
All the evidance to the message are evidant of possibly being at this event i say we follow this up.

It depends on your definition of "close", really. That event is being held at Northridge Park. According to the schedule, though, the petting zoo will not be there tonight.

The Horse trail, in Topanga Canyon, is further west and up a canyon. Driving there from Northridge is a bit of a headache, frankly...but is it "far"? Not really...but It would probably take about an hour to get there.

I talked to a guy from the LA Parks and Rec., and he said the petting farm was tonight, and it was at Van Nuys...so I dunno.

I was just rewatching Nikki Bower's What I Found at Topanga Canyon - NBR 2 and at one point she says "But what I'm really hoping to find, is the barn where Daniel hid"

So maybe there is a Barn with horses at Dead Horse Trail after all and that's where we need to go.
