I'm really confused. How did you get this? I didn't hear/see "look back" anywhere in the vid...
PS. Unlike the other Bree HoO vids, the title of this one isn't in capital letters.

In this video, it looks as if Bree's hands are tied to the chair.

Where does it ever look like that? I watched it again, and didn't notice anything. It just looks like she's sitting in a chair with her arms on the rests to me.

After Bree says certain lines there is a hushed voice over that says "look back". the words that are said directly before the "look back" are the above cracked code.
Also, the word "slip" is a term for the slot a boat is parked in, in a marina.

During the video, while Bree is talking, you can hear almost like background voices saying, "look back, look back" (echo)...TOSG recorded the words Bree is saying at the same time the voices are heard...and found what looks like a secret message.

The voiceover says "look back" - should be pretty apparent in the video.
Here's another something.
When Bree says "look back" near the end of the video, the last word was the voiceover saying "(look) back."
So, the complete message probably is:
"Friday Early Morning
Low Tide Yacht Club
Parents Slip Back"
Sounds like this is for Jonas....
