So...I think that the Creators are really paying attention to what we're saying. Something has gone wrong and, my guess is, she'll be forced into doing the ceremony anyway. Something like that. What do yall think's gonna happen?

Awww...Bree's sad because she's in her room too much and doesn't get enough serotonin!

She's also sad because her parents are sad, and they're sad because the deacons didn't react well to finding out Bree wants out. Then again, sad is better than dead. The question is, why are Bree's parents sad? Is it because they found something out? Something potentially harmful to Bree?

Most importantly, Bree gives us a lesson about animals and intelligence, when it comes to sadness. She notes that when Owen gets sad, he hides in his shell. When Thor gets sad, he gets angry! *growl* But Purple Monkey never gets sad!

Bree previously equates expressing sadness to intelligence, noting the relatively high intelligence of an elephant. Therefore, we can assume that Owen and Thor are intelligent, and Monkey is not! *gasp* He does know how to groove though!

I think Bree's parents are really worried for Bree (and maybe for themselves as well) - and she is just interpreting their worry as sadness. Hopefully they won't feel the need to take her and run away....
