It would only be by their "free will" to engage in the process of being married, but I get what you are saying in that by being married sometimes you cannot act by what you want--you have to compromise.
While being on the topic of Free Will..did Bree's 'dad' follow Bree's 'mom's instructions out of his own free will?
I also remember the pictures of Bree's dad...I remember there was no wedding ring.
Here was the topic actually discussing that:

LOL! Ok, that was just rediculous statement.
Wildly funny, but rediculous! |

That was a good one. Haha!
But like Kas is saying..there are guys that don't wear their wedding rings (for other purposes than infidelity)..
For one, most mechanics don't wear their wedding rings because they might ruin it or scratch it...*shrugs* _________________ What ever happened to that girl BA?

My husband and dad don't because it's a safety hazzard at work...actually, my husband most likely doesn't because he never wore jewelry and he just never got used to having a ring on. _________________

My husband is an electrician and carpentar. You get a ring caught on one of the big machines at work, you're loosing a finger or a hand. |

Ha, when did they get cool with gay marriage in Kentucky? KY's a lot cooler than I thought then. |

Its like I understand that..but there is still something that irks me about why they aren't wearing it, ya know? Like on a chain even.. _________________ What ever happened to that girl BA?

I wasn't thinking that angle...more the my stepdad/husband thing...kind of a sistermom thing, lol.
And...about the rings...I guess I just know enough guys that don't wear on in any way that it doesn't perk my suspicions. _________________

Because the only guys who wear chains in New Jersey are teen age "gagsta" type (of all races) or "gumbas".
Neither of which my husband is. He'd gnaw off his own hand before he wore a necklace, lol!
If you are secure in your relationship, a ring means nothing. It's a symbol that can be taken off or put back on. A man who regularly wears a ring is just as likely to mess around as one who never wears one.
I was in a relationship with a man who wore my ring....while he was screwing other women. I'll take my no ring hubby over that any day, lol! |

Yeah, you're right. A ring is just a ring. So the woman shouldn't be obligated to wear it either. _________________ What ever happened to that girl BA?
