Welcome gillian and yeah, I thought he looked at little "intense" like he was concentrating, like maybe he knew something was gonna go down, either cause he knew it or cause he was scared. Bree and Jonas were nonchalant |
I disagree. I think the look you are referring to is right before the clip of the camera entering a car to follow.
If so, in the few seconds before, it shows Bree looking around and either walking briskly or jogging, but she is in no way enjoying her experience. Then Jonas was shown fumbling for his keys. Daniel has proven multiple times that he's an easy target. (Photographed while spying, caught while partying...) Now that they feel the Order is on top of them, he, of all of them, has the most right to be paranoid.
Meanwhile, Watch Bree once they're at the Gas Station. She's watching Daniel and Jonas. Visual contact is important at the time. Perhaps her smile is a nervous smile of relief? They're on the outskirts, seemingly loading up for a long drive. Home free but not quite?
Daniel isn't aware, and here's why I think this: Look at his shirt. It crinkles. His left shoulder moves back and his shirt crinkles either by being grabbed itself just above said shoulder, or by the sudden jerk of his shoulder backwards.
Back to Bree, she suddenly moves into that area where she is abducted. Considering the idea she's maintaining eye contact with her two cohorts, it may be she noticed Daniel was missing.
Just my twenty cents. (I always overcharge.) And since this seems to be a thread for new people... Hi... I'm new.

Can't help but muddy the waters. Everyone seems to be agreeing that Daniel was taken down, but what if that's all that happened with him? What if he was taken out to keep the other two from suspecting but was left behind. We have all speculated about seeing Bree and/or Jonas in the car but there has been a definite feeling that only two ever made it into that car. Daniel could have been left behind...

This would explain something that came up a bit in the video chat (I only read the first half, it's WAY too long). That is: who will post the next video if they are all captive? I hardly think the Order would let them film and upload another video, do you? But if they left DB (with a camera, for some reason) then he could make a video. Of course, that brings up lots of questions on WHY they would just leave DB...?
Personally, I am inclined to believe that Daniel was attacked as well (although whether he was actually driven away I don't know.) I think that they were all attacked, although there are good theories that prove pretty much every point out there.

I don't hear "Bree" from Daniel, either -- just a random yell. And though they show the back of Daniel, I don't see anyone actually attacking him.
I'm not saying that Daniel is in the Order or "bad". Just that maybe the Creators left this part a little bit ambiguous so that we might consider Daniel to have been part of the attack.
They have before left bits to make us question both Daniel's and Jonas' loyalty to Bree, whether they were "bad" or "programmed". I think leaving Daniel's capture a little fuzzier than Jonas' is another attempt to make him look suspicious to us.
I do think in the end, the Order will have all three of our little Scooby gang in custody, or one or both boys will have been left behind to search and infiltrate the Order to rescue Bree.
As far as being over-exuberant, I think anyone who spends as much time as most of us do on this site can be termed over-exuberant. If there is anyone who doesn't think they are, take a look at your post count. I know mine scares me! |

I honestly believe he is yelling for Bree. He turns and sees someone coming for him and yells for her. In the video the sound is distorted because the Order wants you to think hes bad. They want you to not trust him. But as he's being attacked the first thing he thinks of is her getting away, not what will happen to him. |

Maybe they left Daniel behind cuz he isn't important to them. We know that Jonas and Bree are "related" to the order but DB is only related by assosciation. They prolly have no use for him. Could have chloroformed him and left him in that garbage coral thing (looks just like the one by my work) he was in front of when you see him grabbed, could have even drugged him so when he wakes up he doesn't remember anything.Then since we're doin this "private transmission" thing we could get a video from DB all like, "I woke up with this camera and I dont know what happened I just felt like I should post this, I'm in vegas and I dont remember coming here" then we can give him clues and he can slowly put his memory back together and start lookin for Bree and Jonas. Maybe he'll go back to Jonas's and show us whats in that room.... |

| hahaha every time i watched the video I just for some reason assumed it was a wolf howling... you know like ominus representation of the order...but I guess it makes more sense if it's a muffled "bree' hehehe |

Crap! No one was seen after their abduction in the vid. No bodies were placed in cars, nothing of the sort happened. Someone posted what they thought was a screenshot of a captured Bree being placed in a car (in the vid section), but it was later found to be Jonas before he was captured.
Sometimes things that seem to be true are later proven otherwise. None of the Scoobies are seen in the video after their individual abductions.
As far as the over-exuberant, I meant that the posts were getting a little strange, IMO; nothing to do with time spent here, or anything of the like.

I don't see him turn and notice what's coming. It looks like he's ambushed the whole way to me.
By the way, since this was a private transmission from the Order to the rest of the Order, they'd have no reason to try making us think Daniel is bad. Nobody in the fictional world but the Order members would see this video. |

I've watched the vid many times, and I don't hear Bree say "Jonas" or Daniel say "Bree".
I do, however, hear muffled shouts and screams, that don't sound like any particular words, as someone places chloroform (or whatever) over their noses and mouths. Am I missing something?

daniel saying bree IMO is questionable. Although it sounds like he maybe saying bree. it maybe something else.
However It is very clear that Bree is saying Jonas (i think it's 3 times total) It sounds very calm and kind of layed over the footage later. watch it again and pay particular attention to right before each of the abductions. its a quiet and calm "jonas". |

Ive posted these before. These are the brees somewhat isolated from the background sound.
Sorry they got a little cyber with all the compression and noise reduction. You can still make them out.
