I think you're reading it wrong. It's always set up in this style:
[uploader's name]. Faction: [faction name]. Status: [private or public]
That video said "Bree. Faction: THE RESISTANCE. Status: PUBLIC VIDEO."
This one said "Jonas. Faction: THE RESISTANCE. Status: PRIVATE VIDEO."
Apo's definitely right about the script here. Even if I don't like what Jonas is saying, it was done well. Having him doing the skateboarding symbolizes what he misses. |

not wierd to me. Jonas was kind towards Bree when Jules was out of the picture. He could not wrap his acceptance to kidnapping. With Jules back in the picture,... he seems to have had enough.
But I am wondering why the private transmission now? I mean they have the kidnapping all public an all. Why now?
Edit to add that I thought the same thing about how are they going to fund this resistance now without Jonas' money?

I don't think Jonas wanted 'out' he just wanted them to let Jules go and get back to his house and start searching for his parents, is all.

Maybe a temporary split?
Bree & DB watching Jules while Jonas & Sisters look for Jonas' parents

It's a good question. The only answer I can think of is this: with Jonas suggesting that Jules has been found in a private video, The Order still thinks she's on the loose.

Another excellent question. I would think that if a split did occur, Jonas wouldn't leave B&D hanging out to dry; it would not be in keeping with his character. He would fund them.
I really don't think he is bailing on them. I think he is venting his frustration. I could be wrong. |

I was like, "He's famous, woot" lol
But, considering they could have just done the shot again knowing how we overanalyse things, I think he was emant to be there, especially since he was wearing a suit o_O
Was he wearing glasses? I couldn't see.
Anyway, anyone else notice the roses?
I thought Jonas made it private because he called them crazy and said it was stupid and whatnot.
Calling Bree stupid may lower his chances with her ;P
And calling DB stupid when Sarah obviously likes him may get him pantsed

Well! Good vid - shows some of the inner Jonas turmoil, shows they haven't forgotten that 'Private Status' is an option, shows he's probably not Order due to the private status.

Thats right. Also, aren't they supposed to be sort of "diary" type videos? I mean, if its private and aimed at someone(like when the trio got kidnapped), its not, but I think in this case it was aimed at us, but was also sort of a diary. Mostly aimed at us though, because of how he was like "I'm going to be honest with everyone"
