justsomebody, I like the way you think. I've been working with only the misspelled words in the section of the email you highlighted (literally between 'you' and 'I'). I've got:

nutz cops herselfff one sensinavity

That's a manageable portion of text. I like the idea that there could be numbers spelled out in there. There are so few words which use z and can be made successfully with the letters available. Zero is a good candidate which I hadn't thought of. Also, we need something that uses up several of those f's. The word fifty uses two f's, so that's another possibility. The v could be seven or eleven. I'll let you know if I get anything coherent out of the remaining letters.

what if it coordinates?

590N 50S

are those coordinates of anything or am I incredibly dumb/far fetching?

Are there anymore errors that can become numbers/coordinates to correspond with these two? (I do realize N and S are latitude)

EDIT for clarification...

I google mapped the address and the only thing that shows up in the southwest is in Utah and it's for a Mayor's office. Unless the address is supposed to be completely fictional...

Random thoughts...
Quote:
just between you and I, what's your sister's problem?

Could this mean that the chunk of text "between you and I" we've been looking at could be her "sister's problem"? Maybe he's trying to warn them about Sarah, or give Sarah instructions?

I looked at the stuff "between you and I", and these were the grammatical errors I found:
COPS (should be "copes with")
USE PLEASE (should be "please use")
ME, DANIEL, BREE AND EVEN YOUR SISTER (I didn't catch this one before, but you are never supposed to name yourself first in a list like this- it should say, "Daniel, Bree, me, and even your sister" or "Daniel, Bree, your sister, and me")
Which comes to:
COPS, USE PLEASE, ME, DANIEL, BREE AND EVEN YOUR SISTER

Maybe he MEANT to say cops? As in please use the cops? As in call them?

Quote:
oh, sorry, let me define "callous" for anyone who might be reading this (like sarah) who's command of the english language seems to be limited to "do you wanna?".

Okay, if this email was for Taylor, why define a word for Sarah? Was sending it to Taylor just a ruse to get it to Sarah?
I looked at the grammatical error of "who's" (which means "who is") instead of "whose" (which is the possessive form of "who"). Could he be saying Sarah is in command of something? Or Sarah needs to do something commanding?

Quote:
(check you elbows, taylor, it may run in the family)
(again, be careful, taylor, it may be genetic)

What's with all the warnings to Taylor that she may have calluses? Calluses aren't genetic. Could it be a warning about Sarah? Or something about Sarah and Taylor's family?

When I looked up "509 N. 50 St." I get a few locations, only one in the Southwest: 509 N 50th St, Phoenix, Arizona 85008, United States

This gives us an empty lot or what seems to be an office building.

"590 N. 50 St." gives us only one southwestern location and that's just up the road from 509 in Pheonix, AZ. Again, only pointing to an empty lot and an office building.

"950 N. 50 St." gives us again a location in Phoenix, AZ. This time it points to either a house in a subdivision or what I think might be a recreation center? I'm not sure: Look Here.

And again, "905 N. 50 St" is just up the road from 950.

I think mapping it is a bust. But Phoenix could be near where they are, so maybe not...
