The Context

Linc tells us of a caller thats been giving him a ring every hour on the hour, and its driving him looney. He has been given a deadline of July 21, but he is unsure what this is for and who has set it. So where do we come in?

Linc has asked his audience for some help, he has the number thats been bugging him.

But when it is called, it goes to machine. What is on the machine is a music mashup (a puzzle composed of musical songs, similar puzzles have been seen in the OpAphid/Tachyon answering machines) and now we have to find the meaning of what the 21st of July is and who is behind all of this.

Why? So that Linc can crawl back into his sleeveless teeshirt and get some sleep!

It sounds to me like the first reversed sound clip says "hold me together".

Also, I don't know if this is significant to the puzzle, but the quote in the description is from "Paranoid Android" by Radiohead.

Well Jenni,
Linc was pretty sure we were missing one piece of the puzzle, between the first section and second section. I think that we should make sure we aren't missing one more song... something about the violins (as Linc was saying) didn't sound like the first song.

But other than that... it feels like a numeral theme.
