'Gershwin's low cloudville' is London. He wrote a song called 'A Foggy Day' about London in the film 'A Damsel in Distress' with Frank Sinatra.

'Sun is shining' is also a lyric from 'A Foggy Day'

'113-119' - Foyles bookshop is on 113-119 Charing Cross Road, London.

'Beans, CD's from New Orleans' - Rays jazz cafe is on first floor of bookshop. Beans=coffee, New Orleans=jazz.

'No lifts' - cafe can be accessed separately from bookshop.
