Assuming the last video of Daniel took place after the ceremony (Given the date on the screen we can't be sure about it) Something came to my mind..

We do not know yet of any connection between them, but since Topanga Blv was among them and the ceremony was done already (Suposedly) what is the need for any further info on that location?

Maybe was there because it is an example to follow as an ideal place for a ceremony to take place.. What I mean is the locations Daniel saw open in the browser in google maps perhaps are to some other places what Topanga Blv is to Los Angeles.. A lonely place far eough from the city to make sure nobody would accidentally run into it but close enough to civilization to get there on a few hours notice and participate on a ceremony.

So maybe we should not look at the places by themselves but see what there is around them. I think the target should be the cities around them lets say in an hour drive.. 70 miles around?

Those could be the places where Lucy is to be sent as Bree said on her video.
