Luv2LuvEm is in transit to Petaluma (Phoenix Theatre drop). Just now in the chat someone said it might be another thirty minutes.

If it's not there, I think Lad said he'd hit two others tonight, but I forget which... which would leave one unhit.

I thought this made since too, but then it seemed tachy confirmed an email that it was at that one windmill so I dropped it...Luv is there now..actually ran into an in character guy we think...it's crazy!

Someone is attempting to retrieve a clue. I don't know whose side they are on, but a Silver Expedition pulled up at the Pheonix theatre. I don't know what kind of car your brother drives, could that be him?
