What if I is the first sequence of the decoder ring and II is the second?

Assuming I is the outer, we would be decoding I to II, so I/II makes sense, right?

What are we decoding though? X?

Newbie writing, so feel free to ignore this...

The first clue was warpylol, in respect to Ipod Opera member on youtube.

Another member is Jimmyjm, who has a video taken from a video game set to "thriller" (if I remember correctly). This video is taken when the player enters this room and sees a bunch of zombies playing and dancing.

I know..another try grasping at straws. But hey, if I grab enough, I can make a broom!

So I don't really know the first thing about decoder rings, but the one I made doesn't have any 'O's on it. So I'm wondering how to decipher the "EO" in the puzzle.

112 is also the ascii character "p". Perhaps it's a description how to align the decoder disc?

Could you align the capital letter E to the small letter p?
