I'm not completely understanding this theory, since, based on the exchange between Bree and Daniel re: Brother in the vid, Tachy was leading them to Brother. That they were climbing up suggests Brother may even be in a waiting helicopter to rescue them from the roof.

How could Brother be in the elevator and somewhere else at the same time?

Furthermore, Opaphid, through Gemma, knows what Brother looks like, since he had infiltrated The Order in London. With Gemma's information, Warpylol was sent to kill Brother, and he went into hiding after a narrow escape.

How could Brother have infiltrated the Order right under Oppy's nose again, and be charged with such an important mission?
