I've been kind of afraid to post in this section, thinking that the Creators may read it and try to "prove us wrong!" I have this fantasy, seeing them read all the threads and topics here and then thinking up something completely different to throw us off. Still, my ideas are:

(1) DB IS dropped off at home. He is still immune to brainwashing, so he hooks up with Tachyon with a plan to try and save the other two. That way, at least one of the trio can still make their own videos.

(2) Jonas is glued to the Order after a meeting with his long-lost parents. After he sees how happy they are, and the joyous family reunion ensues, he will not leave to save his life.

(3) Bree is bluffing. She has been well trained by Tachyon and at some point, she will fight back. She will NOT be saved by Tachyon again.

(4) The interrogator will eat an entire bag of cough drops on his way to an ear, nose and throat doctor, to heal his horribly scratchy vocal chords.

SO.. there it is..

Here's my take on where it is going.

Daniel and Jonas have been released. The scene in the bathroom is never said to be inside the order and they're in Timbuktu or an equally out of the way place. Nothing says the bathroom is at OpAphid.

The Order--a splinter group of OpAphid--are the abductors. OpAphid would rather have taken a more gentle path, hence the surveillance without abduction. The Order thinks the time is now and coercion is needed. It takes them a while to break through OpAphid's defenses and swipe the kids and they have a very short time to accomplish their goal before OpAphid knocks their socks off. Hence the drugs and heavy handed techniques.

They rush so much that they don't do a proper job on Daniel. They want him and Jonas to go away and leave Bree alone but Daniel breaks conditioning. When he comes to he says "Get up! Have you seen Bree?" (Interesting sidebar here. The tables are turned. Daniel is lucid and Jonas is babbling, "Who?" Remember the drunken Daniel episode?)

They may have overdone Jonas drugging. When he comes around he is sick to his stomach and has limited use of his legs. The Order is working with limited intelligence about Jonas' parents OR Jonas was lied to by Alex.

They have limited control over Bree. The pills and drugs she was taking to prepare her are no longer in her system. Even if she does the ceremony it may fail because of that.

Sorry for the length, but at least I'm not complaining about video/audio quality. I'd rather be part of the story than judge it.

I agree with both of you guy's theory, except for the Jonas part about going for the Order. Because think about it, he was willing to push aside his own Aunt for Bree. Granted, his parents to him is more important.... but I honestly don't think Jonas would just abandon Bree so easily.

I love where the story is going, so many things that can happen.... and leaving us all biting our nails leaning over our chairs. I'm sure the next video will be shocking or just still kinda creepy.

Although, heres something I don't get.... WHY is the last video a private video? You can't see where the kids are. Even if Tachyon saw it, theres no telling if they're still in Vegas or not... concidering the amount of time between the videos, its possible that they're all back in Cali by now.

ladysolitary, I'm with you that this video totally rocked! LOVED IT...

The reason the video was marked, "Private," is because the Creators decided as a part of "Let's Pretend," to separate videos, assuming no other factions (including the kids, BDJ) could see them.

It's highly unlikely that OpAphid (confirmed enforcement branch of the Order) would work against the Order. If that happens, I quit watching.

Oh, shards, when I finally fell asleep last night, for what little I got, this thread and the last video blended into a dream featuring product placement gone totally wrong...for cough drops (interrogator turned announcer) and bathroom cleanser (folks, do NOT have Jonas clean your bathrooms...he really falls down on the job! <shudder>)

I am afraid I am going to have to screen my dreams far more carefully in the future...this was either the worst or the funniest ever!

Marbella...no more cough drops for the nasty interrogator...he can keep his terrible scratchy vocal chords! <carefully shaking head>

OK. I missed the part about OpAphid being a division of the Order, but I've read up on it now and sit corrected. With the exception of that minor aberration, I think that the power struggle in The Order makes sense of the clues.
