It was my impression that this wasn't a serious audition but a parody on the new girls.
However she has a ton of personality and seems comfortable in front of the camera so I'd have to say I'd guess she'd be better than some of these girls.  |

Absolutely not a candidate in a million years. But her video was an amusing parody on the rest of the girls (even if her drama did get somewhat tiring by the end). I love how she has made fun of all of this -- when you think about it, this whole "Search for the New Girl" is pretty ridiculous. A very amusing vid. But again, never a canidate in a million years.

If there is a vote - this girl will get my vote. She is very refreshing. She brings back some of the spirit of the early videos where Bree could hold an audience just by sitting in her room and being cute and brightening everyone's day.
I've gotten a little tired of videos with girls trying to squeeze themselves into the plotline like Cinderella's sisters trying to squeeze into the glass slipper. Kelseygirl15 has made a direct appeal for the 'new girl' position, and I think she has won it fair and square.
PS I don't really know whether she is actually applying for the job, or if she is just doing a parody as mentioned above. I don't really need to know her motives. I'd offer it to her and either she would accept or she wouldn't. If she accepted - she would do a good job. |

Good question.
1) I always check the length of a vid while it's starting up, so I can tell whether I have time to watch it.
2) I let it keep running in the background while I was doing other things. Every now and then I'd mentally tune in to what she was saying to see if (a) it sounded more interesting or (b) her voice sounded less annoying. Neither possibility ever happened. |

I thought it must be something like that.
You might want to try going back to some of Bree's very early vids, and run them in the background while you do other things. Do some of her 'proving science wrong' vids or the video where she is in her Aussie hat and is trying to get Danial to speak on camera. These are classic Bree presentations and are typical of what made her and the show so popular. But if you just listened to those videos - they would only sound stupid and boring. Go to LGPEDIA and try to forget the video from way back, and just read the script. There is noting noteworthy in the dialog or in the audio.
The Bree experience was very visual in those vids. The visual is where all the interest and excitement in LG15 came from. The visual is what made the whole series and it did it with expressions, with movements, and through flirting with the viewer. When I said in an earlier comment about kelseygirl15, that she brings back some of the excitement of the early Bree series - the visual is where she does it.
You won't miss anything by not viewing an itscassie video, but you have to watch Kelsey's videos to be part of what's going on between her and you. |
