It was only a clip where they mentioned her name and showed a picture of her I guess they used photoshop to put a blindfold on or something. It will be on again if anybody wants me to do a video or pic of it.

No, Stewart was talking about a youtube video where a heavily armed american soldier in Iraq helps fix a young neighborhood boy's slingshot.

Stewart jokes that the boy uses slingshot offscreen and blinds LG15, which is suppose to be funny because the video was on youtube and so is LG15

The picture they use is from Bree's Lazy Eye video early on, no photoshop involved. No one in the audience thought it was very funny though.

There's been LG15 jokes on there a couple of times. I remember one where he was "LonelyJew15". Laughing
