And yes, I agree that BD&J could use a heapin' helpin' of no-nonsense advice right about now... yikes!

Yeah, I can just see Ms. Kelly standing there, arms akimbo (one of my very favorite phrases...stances), tapping her toe, talking like she does, giving the three of them very stern "what for" type words of advice right about now.
