'''Jules:''' This blog is about mi escuela. No tengo gusto. As you can tell, my parents make me study a ''lot''. I do enjoy it, but sometimes I wish I was doing something else. Like this! Making videos is ''so'' fun. Like [[He's a monster, I promise!! | the one with my cat]]. It was so silly. But it kept my mind off my studying. But my parents have been seeing me play with the video camera a lot... and they're getting sort of... mad at me. They have really strict beliefs, which doesn't include broadcasting your feelings or anything else on the internet. But I enjoy it, and talking to you guys is so much fun. Since my parents are getting upset at me for using the camera so much, I may have to stop making the videos. And it's not like something I do behind their backs. They're ''always'' around. You see, I'm homeschooled. Lame, I know. So, I've been homeschooled for several years. Which means I don't get to interact with friends or other people like public schools do. So, I guess that's why I enjoy making videos. So, I'm gonna try to make more videos and stay in touch with everyone. But, I guess that's all for now. So adios, and good bye.

'''Bree's injections''' became the subject of a great deal of debate since the video [[House Arrest]], in which [[Bree]] is wearing a bandage because she had to receive an injection. Bree did comment on [[YouTube]] that she had to get an injection, but she she did not say why. The bandage continues to appear in videos when she is wearing sleeveless shirts, such as the video [[The Ceremony Is Tomorrow :)]]. She eventually reveals that the injections are part of her preparation for the [[The Ceremony (ritual)|ceremony]], along with the [[Bree's diet | diet]], the [[Iron pills | pills]], her studies of [[Enochian]] and her training with [[Lucy]].

Bree later says in [[I Listened To Daniel]] "[[Bree's parents|my dad's]] been giving me these shots, and when I ask him what they are he says that they're good for me. I mean...I don't really think he even knows what they are." Bree said the shots didn't always leave her "feeling the best".

In the video [[I Completed The Ceremony]], Bree is again wearing a bandage. It alerted fans and [[Daniel]] to the fact that she might still be receiving injections. This led to speculation that she had not completed any ceremony and continued to prepare for the real ceremony. In [[I Lied To Daniel]], Bree confesses that [[The Ceremony|the ceremony that Daniel filmed]] was fake.

==Vitamin B-12==
For a long time the leading theory was that the injections contained vitamin B-12 to stimulate blood production. If this were the case, Bree's participation in [[The Ceremony (ritual)|the ceremony]] would likely involve blood being drawn from her. Bree's preparation for the ceremony also requires her to take [[iron pills|iron supplements]], which also aid in the production of blood. In this sense, it's logical to think that the shots may contain vitamin B-12. However, Bree has described that these shots often leave her feeling unwell, which should not be the case if they are merely vitamin B12 supplements.

After Daniel posted the video [[Back At Bree's]], fans began to analyse his clip for clues about Bree's ceremony. Two pamphlets caught viewers' eyes. They were on what seemed to be Bree's parents' bed. As Daniel was exploring, he panned his camera across the bed, producing only some blurry shots of the covers of these pamphlets. Fans claim to have identified that they are informative pamphlets for the drugs Cerebyx® and Zosyn®. At the end of his video, Daniel said he had found something, but he does not reveal what it was. Many viewers thought he would eventually reveal these pamphlets. In his next video, [[Undisclosed Location]], Daniel explains that what he found was a box with a [[lemniscate]] imprinted on it. Once he showed that it was the box that held significance to him, the pamphlets became of less importance. It is unlikely that he would have noticed the box and not the pamphlets, so it's likely that he saw them but did not think they were important. Bree's father is a doctor, and probably has many more marketing materials from drug companies strewn about the bedroom other than the ones seen in the video.

It should also be kept in mind that Daniel is filming in a real home. As such, there are things in the house that belong to the true owners of the house. It is known that the house is owned by a friend of one of the Creators and he is a doctor himself. This was revealed in a YouTube fan video when Calphillips knocked on the door and began to question the man who owned the house. Daniel finds boxes of EPOGEN® in a warehouse that he visits in his video [[Breaking And Entering]]. He believes the warehouse belongs to a company where Bree's father used to work. Daniel found out about this company after he explored Bree's house and came across the box with a lemniscate symbol imprinted on it. When he finds a room in the warehouse filled with these boxes, he opens one to find packets of EPOGEN®. He immediately suspects that Bree's injections must have contained this drug and later does some research on it. Daniel's findings leave him confused as to why Bree would be given this substance. Interestingly, he doesn't seem to consider the possibility that this is just one of the many medications stored in this company's warehouse. This is very likely due to the severe time constraints of the Vlog format, requiring the characters to get to the main focus with few distractions. With this in mind, it is very likely that [[the Creators]] intend for us to know that it is indeed EPOGEN® that Bree has been injected with. There does also exist the possibility that this is intentional misdirection to lead the viewer to the wrong conclusion for the time being, however, this is unlikely based on all of the evidence currently available.

'''Paulmark18''' is the [[YouTube]] handle of a duo who have made several videos as [[Daniel]]'s friends [[Paul]] and [[Andrea]]. They turned up shortly after being mentioned in the video [[House Arrest]]. Their first video spoofed the LG15 series, in particular the [[Proving Science Wrong (series)|Proving Science Wrong]] videos.

In it, Paul explains the Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon, and chalks many of the coincidences of the lonelygirl15 video series to the phenomenon. The Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon is not actually a scientific theory, but an internet meme itself, coming from a discussion that developed on the St. Paul Pioneer Press message board.

In the video, which is supposedly edited by Daniel, Paul is excited about the video, while Andrea reads magazines in boredom on the bed (a spoof of [[Bree]]'s video [[The Danielbeast]] where Daniel is the one reading a magazine on the bed and ignoring Bree). Paul also claims to have borrowed [[Purple Monkey]] for use in the video, and indeed a P. Monkey puppet does appear.

In Paul and Andrea's second video they hold a competition with P. Monkey to see who can find the best mythical creature. '''Spoiler Alert:''' P. Monkey wins (well, according to Andrea).

A third video came at a time shortly after Bree told her parents she didn't feel comfortable going through with the ceremony, after which to her everything seemed to be getting back to normal. Paul and Andrea replied with a video in which Andrea worried that the cult might be after them too for being friends of Daniel. She was not convinced that everything was just going to go back to normal, and sure enough soon after their video Bree reported that the cult had not accepted her resignation, followed soon after by the kidnapping of her parents.

[[The Creators]] have said they are interested in incorporating fan videos into the storyline, so it is possible these characters will eventually be accepted as the actual Paul and Andrea but the story behind those who made this video remains to be seen.

I'm not opposed to eventually having an article that summarizes the events on this week, but I think it's too soon to document them on the wiki. My rationale is that users reading the wiki tend to validate what they read as if it were all "official". We don't have any more "official" information than the forum does, so I think until things cool down, we should refrain from writing up an article. Starting one now would just invite criticism and vandalism. 
When the time comes for said article, I also think it should be named differently. In the meantime, I think this article is a good candidate for speedy deletion, but I wanted to leave it out there for a minute in case anyone wanted to add something to that.

(Part II)]] revealed to fans that Gemma was in Southern California and that she was interacting with [[Lucy]]. The videos were taken to be a message that Gemma was affiliated with The Order and likely working against Bree's interests. Many fans were reluctant to believe that Gemma had been a part of the Order all along, and wondered whether the Order had caught her sometime after the [[Scared To Go Home]] video. If that was the case, then some of Gemma's earlier advice might have been in good faith.

However, Tachyon's [[Gemma? (Part III)]] showed that the location of Scared To Go Home was actually Southern California. In this video, Gemma is also filmed at a payphone saying "Are you sure the 'D' in APHID is not an option?" Clearly, Gemma was even more deeply involved than previously thought, although it is unclear whom it is that she is working with. From what was shown of her phone conversation, it seems she works with [[OpAphid]]. Whether [[OpAphid]] is the [[Order]] or a part of it is still unknown. The [[Tachyon]] videos were very damaging to Gemma's credibility. All the information and advice that came from Gemma is suspect, as it is very possible that she was working with [[OpAphid]] since she first started posting videos.

In the video [[Gemma (Part V)]], it appears that [[Brother/10033|Brother]] aims a gun at Gemma, possibly in an attempt to kill her. Her death appears to be confirmed in the [[OpAphid]] video [[The Ends Justify The Means]], where a message in braille appears that angrams to "RIP Gemma." Like [[Bree's father|Bree's dad]], her death appears to have taken place on Dec. 31, 2006.

At an ARG-fest in Texas, the Creators were asked about whether or not Gemma was really dead. The answer made a reference to how she was in "Brother's crosshairs" and how that wouldn't be a nice place to be and went on to say that she is "gone". They didn't rule out her coming back one day but they seemed to conclusively state that for the foreseeable future we have seen the end of Gemma.

The English name ''Gemma'' comes from the Italian name Gemma, which derives from Latin ''gemma'', meaning "jewel."

Gemma is also one of two names for the star Alpha Coronae Borealis (also known as Alphecca). Upon researching the drug it makes sense with all the other information at hand about Bree that this is the likely solution. '''The Watchers''' are mysterious members of [[The Order of Denderah]]. [[Gemma]] was the source of all information about Watchers. But since Gemma was revealed to be working for the Order, it's unclear if anything she said was true and if Watchers exist at all.

The Watcher was first seen in the video [[Exploring The Motel]] and subsequently in [[Breakfast In Bed]] and is referred to as "the man in the suit" until [[Gemma]] identifies him as a Watcher. The picture at right shows the part of his hand where Gemma claims to have detected the tell-tale symbol. To most viewers it looks like a smudge, but apparently Gemma has super-vision. [[Gemma]] also provided a drawing of the symbol that she used to identify him. She warns [[Bree]] and [[Daniel]] of this discovery in the video [[A Watcher]].

==Description==
According to Gemma, Watchers operate like an order of knights. She believes that a modern version of the Watchers are part of [[The Order | Order]]. Gemma's explanation indicates that several (if not many) Watchers must exist, but it is unknown how many are following [[Bree]] and [[Daniel]]. This uncertainty arises because the videos never show more than one Watcher at a time and they are never seen in enough detail to be distinguishable from one another. The Watcher has been seen at the motel and at the grocery store, which is one indication that there might be more than one assigned to follow [[Bree]] and [[Daniel]].

==Role==
The role of the Watcher is also unknown. [[Gemma]] links the Watcher with the [[The Order | Order]], which leads [[Bree]] and [[Daniel]] to run away in [[Fleeing The Watcher]]. However, the purpose of the Watcher's surveillance and his true identity are yet to be revealed with certainty.

After Gemma was exposed as an [[OpAphid]] agent<ref>[[Tachyon]] videos [[Gemma? (Part I)|Gemma? [Part I]]], [[Gemma? (Part II)|[Part II]]], and [[Gemma? (Part III)|[Part III]]]</ref>, all information and advice that had come from her became suspect. The idea that a Watcher was following Bree and Daniel was largely Gemma's, so it remains to be seen whether there was anyone following them at all.

Another possibility is that the Watcher is working for another organization with conflicting interests to [[OpAphid]]. The Watcher might have been protecting Bree and Daniel and merely keeping an eye on them, so Gemma purposefully scared them into running away where they could not be found by the Watcher. If the Watcher indeed was a member of a rival organization to OpAphid, he might be part of [[Tachyon|Tachyon's]] team.

==Appearances==
A Watcher is first seen for a brief instant in [[Exploring The Motel]], but his features were indistinguishable. The first time a Watcher was seen and confirmed was in [[Breakfast In Bed]], in which Daniel inadvertently panned his camera across a Watcher, getting a glimpse of the Watcher symbol on his hand. [[Fleeing The Watcher]] was the last time any Watcher was seen for months, either because [[Bree]] and [[Daniel]]'s escape was successful, or because he was never a Watcher (see ''Role'' section).
In [[The Human Ransom]] three men and Lucy are in an elevator. The men were wearing suits and dark sunglasses, which seems to indicate that they are also Watchers, although it was not explicitly said in the video. Two of these Watchers were cameo appearances of [[creators]] [[Miles Beckett]] and [[Mesh Flinders]], the third Watcher, to the right side of Lucy was played by [[Miles Beckett's dad]].

The moniker "Mr. Seal" is not a clever conjecture, but rather a very descriptive name, as Mr. Seal is actually a seal. Fans have speculated on the species of Mr. Seal, but very little information has been given in the series. One of the leading theories points to Mr. Seal being a hooded seal<ref name="Hooded">[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooded_Seal Wikipedia article on the hooded seal]</ref>, which is a favorite of [[Aleister Crowley]]'s.

Mr. Seal has been called Miss Seal in some of the later episodes. It's not yet clear whether Mr./Miss Seal requested the name change, or whether LG362436 just can't keep track of all her friend's names and genders.

Fans believe that the numbers 7 and 10 may be a clue. So far some very dedicated viewers have attempted several approaches to solving this mystery. A few notable examples:

*7, 10, and 362436 together make (710)362-436. Dialing (710)362-436 came to nothing because it wasn't a 10-digit number.

*7:10 is the time on the clock in the [[Proving Longitude Wrong]] video. This number first led to the suspicion that [[Orange Slurpee]]s were evil. This signals impending doom for LG362436, Daniel, and especially Mr. Seal.

*710362436 reversed is 634263017, which is (634)263-017. That also came to nothing. Turns out that scrambling the numbers doesn't create or destroy numbers. This left comment board users meeping in disgust.

::::I am very much against the use of LadyLazurus as a featured article because doing so would seem to endorse their content to the average viewer. The fact that they are trying to jack the cassie concept could just lead to more confusion with the newbies with regards to cassie. We only now have about what? 4 of them? I am all for promoting fan produced content I just don't think that LadyLazurus has garnered enough of their own Mojo to warrant the attention. Additionally, I don't see them as being particularly supportive of others outside of their arc. I know they are related but I would be more comfortable with Guillotine Calamity being featured. I haven't been keeping up with everthing but I would nix this suggestion as well if Sister's immediate vids deal with the cassie concept. Additionally I am not fond of nomimations originating from an IP address. Also, I think the nomination should come from someone other than the PM or someone intimately involved with the project. It's one thing to work on the page yourself..ehem..cause if you don't it often won't get done..but it's another to nominate your own work for a spotlight. Yes I know that Velvetta is seen as humor, but is the lgpedia really the place for it? You can't just say lots of fans speculate her name is Velvetta just for the sake of humor. Facts come first. I really liked the Mr. Seal/P. Monkey joke ("probably not"), as it was both funny and not a definite statement. Although lonelygirl362436's blogs were produced as a promotion for [[Epic Movie]], it is unknown if she is a [[canon]] character. [[The Creators]] have made no statement regarding her status. The appearance of [[Daniel]] in one of her blogs has led many to speculate that she is a canon character, even though it disappointingly didn't last very long. His appearance, that is.

Also, all of the lonelygirl362436 blogs are listed in Bree's favorites on YouTube. Until their addition to that list, the list was comprised solely of vlog posts from Bree, Daniel, Gemma, and Jonas, who are all verified canon characters.

==Lonelygirl362436 and smoking==
In the video [[My Surprise For Daniel]], lonelygirl362436 is seen smoking a cigarette. The Surgeon General warns that smoking greatly increases your risk of heart disease, lung cancer, emphysema and lowers birth weigth and raises infant mortality in pregnant women. Many teenagers, however, believe that smoking is cool, and don't really listen to the Surgeon General anyway.

Not only is GC fan-fic though, but it's a fanfic in response to a fanfic OpAphid. So basically if we were to 'Venn diagram' LL, it'd be a circle within the circle of GC within the cirlce of OpAphid, which in the scheme of things is still a relatively small circle within Lonelygirl15 itself. Featuring it would basically be nothing more than a way to publicise this not very well-known fanfic... but in order to understand LL you'd have to be someone who has been watching GC and presumably at least some of her hoard of additional characters, and in order to be a GC watcher you already would have had to be an OpAphid follower. It's just far too specific. There are other fanfics (for example LO as previously mentioned) which are level one spin-offs, all you need to know is lonelygirl itself to follow it, while LL is like at least three levels down from that (4th degree or so- I just made that term up.)
