We spent one entire day visiting in antique shops. I was so bored. I want to go outside exploring the city but instead I was stuck with nothing but my parents and old furniture. Then we came upon a shop that was set apart from all the others. It was run by this ancient old man. He looked like he was about one hundred and fifty years old. His back was bent over with time and had a hard life. He scared me at first, and I fled to the back of the store while my mom and dad were preoccupied with a large wardrobe. In the back of the store I came upon this curtain and I pulled it back to reveal shelves and more shelves of toys in all different states of repair. And all of the sudden the stooped over man was right next to me. I almost jumped right out of my skin. But then, he spoke and his voice was quiet and sweet. He had this magic way of putting me at ease. "I have just the thing for you," he said with a smile and he reached down to (''Cut to Bethany on the bottom shelf'') the lowest shelf and from what seemed like nowhere he pulled out this bear in an old night gown. He patted it on the head, gave it a little kiss, and held it out to me. Now that I had time to calm myself, my boyish rebelliousness <!-- 1:09 -->

And then he put Bethany in my hands and (''Cut to Footage of Anne holding Bethany'') this feeling of warmth and safety filled me. It's a feeling that never left. Then about three months ago, she started acting strange. I had this history book sitting in my room and one day it just disappeared. And that's when I remembered reading something in a diary of a young girl from the forties, about murals she kept on her bedroom wall and particularly a picture of Abraham Lincoln that she had cut out of this History book. It was your diary I had been reading Anne. (''Cut to footage of Bethany glowing'') That's when I realized what Bethany was - she was a portal to you. So I sent you the camera with the note that said tell the world. And you've been doing an amazing job Anne, you really have, but then I realized I could do more. (''Cut to footage from "[[Future Bethany?]]"'') That's when I came myself. To help you out. To help put an end to this war so... We're going back Anne. (''Cut to footage of Anne singing the musical notes'') We're going to go back to that facility. (''Cut to footage of Bethany lying on the bed in the facility.'') Where they were keeping Bethany, and we're going to take a gun and this time, we're going to shoot Hitler in the face together. (''Cut to footage of Jerry and and waiting by the entrance with a gun and the words "To Be Continued..." on the bottom half of the screen.'')
