+'''Anne:''' I'm really upset right now. Peter and I were supposed to bake cookies. I've been planning it for two weeks. I hoarded our sugar and butter rations and everything. See, I was really sick the other day, so I couldn't peel potatoes so Peter had to do it for me, and to make up for it, I planned this baking thing. I- I looked up a recipe that we could use with our limited supplies, and I skipped meals for weeks and- Peter came to my room around seven. And then, my parents said we couldn't bake the cookies.
