I seem to remember after selecting [[:Image:0126-JonasHidingFromTheCowboy.jpg]] as the episode pic for episode 0126, I decided to use [[:Image:0126-JonasInTheCar.jpg]] for the main page as it better suited the smaller space available. I am sure there are at least a few other examples. The main page pic disappears 4 episodes later anyway, whilst the episode picture survives, so there is no lasting inconsistency in the end.
