I know that on Wikipedia they have a lowercase template also, but they recently changed it so that on the page, the title would appear lowercase. I know this can be useful for some of our video pages and lonelygirl15 pages. So I tried copying the Wikipedia source code into this template, and erased the Wikipedia-only templates, such as the template doc, and the semi-protected template.
