(Jonas and Sarah open the trunk and take the camera out.)
Jonas: All I'm saying is why would you leave the camera in the trunk with him?
Sarah: Because it'll be cool, like pulp fiction.
(Camera pans to Dr. Alderman tied up in the trunk. He struggles to break free. Jonas restrains him.)
Sarah: Be a good little psychopath.
(Jonas slams the trunk shut. He and Sarah climb up a staircase and pause at a door on a landing. Jonas looks out the window and sees a LifesBlood Labs doctor staring at him.)
Jonas: We gotta go, come on! Hurry! (runs up the stairs)
Sarah: I'm coming, I'm coming!
(Jonas and Sarah reach another landing and open a door onto the roof. He looks down over a ledge. Two thugs are standing with their guns pointed at him.)
Jonas: Sarah, just keep—shit! (sees the thugs and puts his hands up)
Thug: Drop the binder and get down on the ground!
Jonas: Okay listen, listen, calm down, calm down. There's no need for guns here.
(Two LifesBlood Labs gunmen rush onto the roof with their guns also pointed at Jonas.)
Jonas: Everybody just needs to calm down. Now, I've got something that each of you want. All we want is to get that box and get out alive, okay? (to gunmen) Alright, you'll get your doctor back and tell you what, I'll throw in the Samsaran Doctrine as a little bonus, okay? We cool? We're cool. Okay, now I'm going to put this down nice and slow. Hey, hey, come on fellas. Everybody's cool. Everyone just needs to relax.
(A fight ensues. Jonas gets out of the line of fire and grabs the camera.)
Thug: Quiet, you fucking asshole!
Jonas: It's just sitting out there. You know what? They're not going to shoot. Fuck it! (runs towards the doctors) Hey! Hey! I have a gun, okay? I just want the box.
Gunman: Touch that box and I'll fucking kill you!
Doctor: At least we agree on something.
Agent Whitcomb: Federal agents! Nobody move!
Agent Whitcomb: Drop your fucking weapon!
Thug: You take the one on the right, I'll take the one on the left. You and me, we'll take the kid.
Agent Aliziano: Put your fucking gun down!
Doctor: You and me—
Agent Aliziano: Drop it!
Thug: You go your way, I'll go mine.
Jonas: (kicks box towards Sarah) Sarah! Take the box and walk out the door! Do it!
(More shots are fired. Jonas jumps over a ledge. Sarah runs back down the steps and focuses the camera on Maggie, who is coming up. Sarah then sets the camera down and ducks behind a door. Maggie comes into full view of the camera and stops. Sarah knocks her out with the box and drags her limp body away. Cut to Sarah in the parking lot by a car, dialing someone on her cellphone.)
Sarah: Hi. Okay, she's on the third floor and she's passed out. What the fuck was that? Well, I almost got my ass shot off, that's what. Alderman's gone. Okay, I gotta go. (to Jonas) So, how did you get out of there?
Jonas: Let's just say they had their hands full. Where's Alderman?
Sarah: He's gone.
Jonas: (opens and closes the trunk) Alright, come on, we've gotta go! Let's go.
(Sarah picks up the box and gets in the car.)
