Transcript

(Kate is sitting outside in the sun)

Kate: I can't remember anything that happened between Thursday and Friday.

(Cut to image from video I Can't Remember Anything!)

Kate: My friends don't believe me.

{Cut to image from Lovers Quarrel.)

Kate: Charlie and Tariq both think I'm back with my ex. I filed a report with the police but they said to me that I didn't have enough evidence that a crime had been committed. They told me I should go and see a doctor.

(Cut to image of people in white lab coats next to a series of beds with white sheets. Cut to image of the outline of a man in front of a white screen. Cut back to Kate, walking now. Image of her feet walking.)

Kate: (voiceover): I was at the library looking at books about memory loss.

(Image of duck, image of Internet page 'Encarta', image of medicine bottles with the labels 'Pulsatilla' 'Bryon...', back to Kate.)

Kate: I bumped in to a guy. (Smiles) Turns out we were looking for the same book.

(Image of Encarta page again, with 'Amnesia' at the top.)

Kate: His name is Steve and he's had memory problems all his life.

(Image of rooster, then cow.)

Kate: Anyway, he says he wants to help. Steve's coming over later to help me get some of my memory back. So... wish me luck.
