The Breeniverse is a loosely defined term which refers to everything within the Lonelygirl15 project, including characters, locations, official MySpaceprofiles, YouTube comments and website comments (which are in-character and treat Bree and Daniel as if they're real) which would be considered "real" within the fictional universe that Bree inhabits.

Where did the term come from?

The term, which first came into use in August 2006, is loosely cribbed from similar terms such as the ViewAskewniverse (referring to Kevin Smith's interconnected movies) and the Buffyverse (which includes the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel).
