In the video Bree Phone Home, Bree calls several relatives to see if she can find out anything about her parents. The one relative she mentions by name is her great uncle Franklin. She says she is somewhat nervous about calling him; her dad talks about him a lot, but all she reveals is that he lives in San Francisco. When Bree dials his number (415-287-0211), her call is picked up by an answering machine for Powell's Dry Cleaners.
The answering machine message is believed to be a puzzle for Bree. In her video she seemed to not notice any code in the message, but players in the ARG seem to have already unveiled the secret hidden in the puzzle. For more information, see article on Bree Phone Home puzzle
