Description Apparently no one else in my family is concerned by the fact that we have a long lost relative that vanished into thin air. Would you guys be as freaked out by this as I am, or am I crazy?

Transcript

Allison: Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t posted much lately, but there just hasn’t been a lot to talk about, until now. The weirdest thing happened last night. Okay, not the weirdest, but pretty creepy anyway. My grandma and I were looking at really old photo albums, and I noticed that a lot of the oldest ones had pictures of this girl I had never seen before. I thought I knew everyone in my extended family, there aren’t that many of us, but apparently not. Okay, so I know you’re saying "That’s not that weird, Allison", but just (holds up a rubber Pokey toy) hold your horses. When I asked my grandma who the girl was, she said it was her younger sister, Louise. I said “I didn’t know you had a younger sister. What happened to her?” Now here’s the weird part. She wouldn’t answer me. She just shook her head and didn’t say anything. I kept trying to get her to say something, but she wouldn’t, and then she got up from her chair and went to bed without another word. I asked my mom about her, and she wouldn’t answer me either, so I tried to figure it out myself. I looked through all the albums, and after a while, Louise wasn’t in any more pictures. (Cut to an old picture of three young women.) This is the last picture of her. See, here’s my grandma when she was just a couple years older than me, and here’s her older sister, Eleanor. This girl in the middle is Louise. (Cut back to Allison.) First I thought, okay, she must have died, but then wouldn’t there have been a funeral? There weren’t any pictures from that. It was like she just disappeared. Now, isn’t that creepy?
