Gemma's flatmate was never seen in any of Gemma's videos, but Gemma talked about her often. Apparently there was a fair amount of tension between the two of them due to Gemma being a bit more of a "neat freak" than her, among other things.
After Gemma stopped making vlogs, Tachyon discovered (in a series of posts beginning with Gemma? (Part I) and ending with Gemma (Part V) from Brother) that Gemma was not actually in London, but was working for The Order in Los Angeles. It's possible that Gemma had merely set up a story about living in a flat in London to fool Bree. If this is the case, it's likely that her "flatmate" never existed at all.
