Kim is Charlie's daughter. In St. Kilda Beach, Charlie reveals that she left her with her sister, Rose, in Australia because she thought Kim would be better off with Rose as her mother. She then moved to London for a fresh start. Before this video, Charlie had referred to Kim as Rose's daughter. Charlie says that Kim is really cute, and that she misses watching her grow up. She also says that it's hard for her to see Kim, as she has trouble reconciling her feelings of wanting to be Kim's mother and avoiding confusing her.
