Transcript

(Jonas and Daniel are in the backyard of the rented house)

Jonas: Ahh... Good to be home. So, how was your weekend? Most of our weekend was on the road. And you know what? Nothing against Mexico, but I swear I kissed the ground when we got back.

Daniel: It's true... It was weird.

Jonas: So, um, Emma. She's okay. So, don't worry. She is really sick though, but Dr. Hart's here and he's taking care of her. Apparently, uh, Gina, because she wasn't a true trait positive, she turned trait negative over time. And uh, that's what killed her. By then, she needed the excess ribosimes, and so does Emma's body. Y'know, she'd turn trait negative if she just got a couple more of those trait negative injections then, uh, she... I don't really wanna think about that. And her parents, my parents... She actually showed them the tape of the girl with the rash... And at that point, begged them to stop giving her the injections, but they just kept giving 'em to her anyway. Even though, just like the girl on the tape, Emma was getting sicker and sicker. And I don't wanna think about that either. She escaped, from her own parents, and, uh, she found me through an e-mail that I had sent to Daniel. Pretty smart. And as sick as she was... She found us. I just, um, I want to apologize. You guys around the forum, you were warning me that Emma had the same thing going on that this Gina girl did, and, uh, you figured it out. And I wasn't listening. And I'm sorry. I'm gonna listen to you guys a lot more from now on. I promise. (scene shifts, Daniel is sitting by Jonas holding a baseball bat)

Jonas: Home run derby later?

Daniel: Maybe, I don't know, I'm itchy.

Jonas: (laughs) Alright. Oh, uh, listen. I wanna say thank you to Dr. Hart. Thank you for being on our side, y'know, he took a big risk reaching out to me, and uh, I appreciate that. And he's genuinely excited that he found Emma in time.

Daniel: Yeah, but... He's a little bit too exicted, don'tcha think? I mean, he's linkda like he's got his own personal guinea pig. That's weird, too, my friend. (stands up and walks away)

Jonas: No, he's- he's okay. He's okay. Listen, he's just excited 'cause he's never met a true trait positive girl before, that's all. Uh, anyway. He thinks that if he studies Emma he can figure out how to help trait positive girls, who've turned trait negative, stay alive. That's a crazy situation, right? When the bright side is that your sister makes for a good guinea pig... Well listen, I- I wanna talk to you all some more. Y'know, I wanna get your thoughts, your ideas on- on what to do next... How to take the Order down... So, I'm gonna post some information how we can all get on the phone together. Keep your eye on the forum. Talk to you soon.

  • This video should not be confused with the similarly-titled Let's Play Doctor (May 18, 2007), where Daniel tried to impersonate a doctor.
