Transcript

Text: KateModern contains products which have been included within the show on behalf of Toyota

(The camera zooms in to the French flag flying near the Arc de Triomphe. Cut to Anthony walking down the street, shaking his head. Cut to a man selling miniature Eiffel Towers on the street near a theatre. Anthony zooms in to dancing marrionnettes. The man selling them attempts to sell him one. Cut to Anthony approaching Julia and Steve sitting under a tent at a café. Cut to Steve.)

Steve: So we think that Charlie is in a prison somewhere down there. (Points down the Champs-Élysées. Anthony zooms to a view of the street.) We've been to quite a few already, but it's difficult because we can only speak about eight French words between the lot of us.

Anthony: Now that's a bad call, ah, man. Don't wanna be messing with the bizzies over here, lad.

Steve: So what do you want us to do then, Toe? Just hang around and expect something to happen?

Julia: Steve, I'm really really sorry. This is all my fault. You know, if I hadn't have called... And now all my friends are involved.

Steve: No, we're in this together, okay? (Turns to Anthony.) Including you!

Lauren: Steve! Steve, you gotta hear this. (Walks over, carrying her mobile.) I was in that café and in the background there was this stuff on the radio. I've got some of it on here. I-I don't know if it's any good - the sound. But they were talking about Charlie, I'm sure they were. Listen.

(Lauren plays a sound clip on her cell phone.)

Steve: Michelle Clore! I definitely heard the name Michelle Clore!

Lauren: It's not about me, do you think?

Julia: We didn't hear anything else.

Anthony: Toyota. I definitely heard Toyota.

Steve: What the hell are we doing here?

Lauren: It's okay, just wait. Do we know anyone around here that speaks better French? We've gotta decode it. Fast! Please!

Steve: Whatever happens, we're not leaving Paris without Charlie, okay?

(Steve gets up. Anthony turns the camera on himself, shakes his head, and turns it off.)

Can anyone here speak French? I can't, I mean I did it in school but I've forgotten most of it now! Steve uploaded Lauren's radio recording here:

Do you know why they've taken Charlie?

The radio announcement said:

A 23-year-old woman has been arrested in relation to the robbery of Michelle Clore's last work, which occurred last night in Paris. The young woman was arrested this morning at the wheel of a silver Toyota Aygo registered in Great Britain, which had been spotted near the crime scene.

In other news, actor Gérard Depardieu's vinyard was partially destroyed by a fire last night. The fire, of unknown origin...
