Transcript

Daniel: So, Sarah and I decided to take a little one-day vacay here at this park. Jonas, I understand your needing to leave. And it's probably for the best right now. I just hope that you and Taylor have better luck contacting Spencer Gilman than we've had. We gave it our all these past few days - contacting him on his Myspace account, Neutrogena website - everywhere. So far though, it's pretty much been a dead end. I mean, it's no surprise Sarah and I are a little burnt out. We figure if we allow ourselves just one day to chill and relax, then we'll be better tomorrow when we move ahead.

(Cuts to video montage of Daniel and Sarah's picnic.)

Sarah: (laughing) ...like I'd care anyway. Don't worry. When that paddle broke, you know I was praying that the waves would carry us away and we could live on some remote desert island for fifteen years and, well...you saw The Blue Lagoon right?

Daniel: Yeah! Brooke Shields - sh..she had a lot of fun in that movie.

Sarah: Yeah, and...?

(Cuts to clip of Sarah sighing, then sarcastically smiling at Daniel.)

Daniel: Ahh, it's so romantic here. (Daniel stretches and puts his arm around Sarah.)

(Cuts to video of Sarah teasing Daniel with ice cream, followed by Daniel eating his ice cream and making funny faces at the camera.)

Daniel: Oh, I totally want to take a bite out of that ice cream.

Sarah: I bet you do.

Daniel: Yeah, I do.

Sarah: Mmhmm. You can't have it. No one gets my ice cream but me.

(Sarah and Daniel are back inside. Daniel is videotaping Sarah, who is lying on the bed.)

Sarah: Did you have a good time today, Mr. Beast?

Daniel: Eh...I had a GREAT TIME! You? Huh? You? You?

Sarah: Mmm...maybe.

Daniel: Maybe?? What? How about a little gratitude?

Sarah: Well, I'll tell you what. Why don't you come over here. (Sarah pats the bed next to her with her hand) And, um...I'll express to you my gratitude.

(Daniel jumps in front of the camera and next to Sarah.)

Daniel: What kind of gratitude are we talking about here?

(Sarah whispers into Daniel's ear.)

Daniel: (Looks at the camera) See you guys.

Notes

  • Daniel and Sarah are at Lake Balboa in Van Nuys, CA.
  • Sarah is wearing a Grim shirt from the show "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy."
  • Daniel uses "the yawn technique" that Bree mentioned in My First Kiss.
  • Sarah and Daniel spend time in a park with a lake. Fans note that references abound relating water, in particular swimming, boating, and the ocean, with danger.
  • Some have speculated that Sarah and Daniel may be watched by someone from the Order. A man in a suit standing by a car can be seen in the background at 1:10 (upper right beyond the garbage can), but is gone at 1:17 (knowing he may have been spotted). The camera also zooms in strangely in the background behind Sarah at :37. This could indicate that they indeed are in danger.
