anyone mind if i put back my edit of treefunk's info? if no one answers, i'll take that as a no. --Skeeta 21:53, 13 December 2006 (CST)

I think it looks better with Treefunk's edit than it did with yours. Please leave it as is; it looks better organized with the bullets and what not. OwenIsCool 22:26, 13 December 2006 (CST)

I'm confused. I've contributed to this page, but my contributions are not shown in the history. Was this content moved from another page, e.g, Iron supplements, which was then deleted? --Treefunk 11:35, 5 December 2006 (CST)

I think I made this page back when I was fixing up the bandage page. There was a sentece in it saying something along the lines of "Bree had the bandage because she was receiving shots, which were part of her preparation for the ceremony, along with a special diet and iron pills". I created the page when I realized that there wasn't one for the subject of her iron pills/supplements. I checked the deletion log and didn't find anything iron-related there either. I think I got the information for this page from the Bree's ritual page, but I'm not certain. It's changed a lot since I first wrote it in. Hope that helps. OwenIsCool 12:02, 5 December 2006 (CST)

The reason why I'm confused is that I created the analysis section--those sentences are mine--but the history of my edits seems to be gone. I'm very new to wikis; perhaps I just don't understand how the history feature works. --Treefunk 12:17, 5 December 2006 (CST)
Hmm... it looks like the edits are on the page Iron Pills with a capital 'P' and when the page got moved the history did not transfer over.--JayHenry 12:32, 5 December 2006 (CST)
Thanks, I thought there must have been a move. It's not on the Move Log, though. Knowing where the original page was will allow me to at least see what my contributions were. I've noticed the problem of edits not being carried over moves before--is this possible to change? --Treefunk 12:40, 5 December 2006 (CST)
Oh, that was it. I created Iron Pills first and then realized I should have made it Iron pills, so I moved the content to the new page manually and made the old page into a redirect. If I'd done it using the "move" tab, would the history have transferred over? OwenIsCool 12:51, 5 December 2006 (CST)
Yeah, if you use the move tab it transfers the history and automatically redirects.--JayHenry 12:52, 5 December 2006 (CST)
On the topic of capitalization, I've noticed there's some discrepancy to the capitalization of prepositions within links. They're often capitalized in article names, but not in subheadings. Do we have a policy on this? And I apologize for how boring this question is ;) --Treefunk 13:00, 5 December 2006 (CST)
grammatically, you don't capitalize prepostitions within the title, unless it's the first word, but people forget i guess.--Skeeta 19:51, 7 December 2006 (CST)

ok, sorry treefunk. i didn't mean to negate your research or anything, I just thought we didn't really need a lot of information on all the ways you can get anemia, just the basic stuff so we can understand what iron pills are for, so i just kind of summarized it. i think the basic stuff is either you don't have enough iron, or you don't have enough blood. i don't think we need all this. But I'm sorry for not consulting anyone before deleting it. --Skeeta 19:46, 7 December 2006 (CST)
