female power

  • i've been trying to point out for a long time now, the feminist themes of lg15. in this video (0:21), claire makes a symbol with her hands that strongly suggests female power. think 'big vagina' from curb your enthusiasm. haha! i don't mean to sound immature and that's why i didn't make it a note on the article page. tell me what you think - platy sep 23

notes

note 4 and 5 seem more like theories than propper notes. also as they are, i have difficulty following them. i dont see the larezisto vs LaRezisto thing. - platy sep 23

It's a simple "this isn't right" problem. LaRezisto most likely knows how to write his/her/their name. He/she/they wrote it as LaRezisto in all previous videos, but in the one that suddenly majorly breaks his/her/their style, it's suddenly "larezisto". I, personally, am of the opinion that the Creators just couldn't be arsed to check for continuity, but paired with the drastically different video style, it might also be the ignorance of an HoO hacker.
Either way, the fact that it's spelled differently is noteworthy on its own - the video uploader took the time to capitalize L and R 5 times, and now suddenly doesn't anymore. It doesn't matter if that signifies laziness, hostile takeovers, different LaRezisto agents, or whatever. It signifies something. And be it only that, by now, the Creators don't even care enough to write the names of their characters correctly anymore.

  • first, there is no spelling difference between LaRezisto and larezisto. it's a caps difference and that is nothing in itself. the more important thing is that except for the introduction, the video more resembles a Ho1 video than a R! video. - platy sep 24
Err, fyi, "l" and "L" as well as "r" and "R" are different ASCII characters. On a case-sensitive system, it's entirely possible to have a user "larezisto" happily coexist with a user "LaRezisto". Not to mention that, right above, I explained in detail why the caps difference is, indeed, significant.

  • I understand the difference in ascii characters but i still don't see where this lowercase text is. it seems to be LaRezisto everywhere i look. - platy sep 24
On the main page, right below the video. Where all uploaders are noted.
