Is this really torture?

One person posted that there are two forms of torture; breaking a person physically and the more devastating, subtle, emotional breaking. Little things like sleep deprivation, altered voice interrogating you, chair that's not big enough, you begin to wonder if you are even perceiving life correctly. Once they got ya doubting those basics of "is this chair too little or am I going crazy?" then it's child's play to get you to "choose" to do whatever they want. Like talking to someone who's sleep talking/walking; you don't always have to use force, just gentle suggestions and they usually comply because of their current state of altered reality. (I mean in a gentle sense like "Shouldn't you be back in bed?" and stuff.) --Nieriel.Manwathiel
