why do we have all these stupid irrelevant one sentenve long pages about the lg15 bands. the only one that matters is the jane does, because they provided a clue. i think we should just delete them all.

There might be a better way to organize the music pages than having separate articles for all the bands. I personally would like to still have access to the info, esp. external links, but I'd be up for a change of format along the lines of what Treefunk suggested. Come to think of it, why don't we just have a massive merger? We could have one big page with all the bands featured in LG15? I could put the page together, but that would leave a lot of pages nominated for deletion. --Treefunk 19:17, 6 December 2006 (CST)

Since the pages are all tagged in the Category:Music it shouldn't be too hard to find the pages to copy the content. No need to tag the music pages individually, once they're all moved, let me know and I can go through and delete them all at once.--JayHenry 21:22, 6 December 2006 (CST)

I think that would likely be a lot better than lots of tiny pages, at least from the users' perspective. Instead of deleting the old articles, why don't we just leave them as redirects to the new, comprehensive music page? That way if people search for a particular artist or song they can be redireted to this page where they'll find all the info we have? OwenIsCool 21:25, 6 December 2006 (CST)
