I like it

This should make things a little easier. The only issue I see is with videos whose page title does not match the video title exactly (e.g. Purple Monkey (video)). Maybe another parameter could be added for the title if it differs from {{PAGENAME}}? Oh, and I could also probably use LGBot to change this on most if not all of our current videos, as that would save a lot of time I think.--Jonpro 14:26, 20 September 2007 (CDT)

Hmm...indeed. Such titles could be a problem, but that's a minimal fix. I'll do it immediately after submitting this - thanks for the hint.
As for using the bot to mass-propagate it - I'd have nothing against it, I'm just not entirely sure if the word-calculating algorith is 100% correct; I think I tested all edge-cases, and all random tests I did turned out correct, but it'd still be difficult to find a wrongly-phrased number among 300 others...
Off to add title=!

Don't forget adding something so that it works on KateModern videos! --Zoey 14:53, 20 September 2007 (CDT)
Oh well...I skipped title= and simply put it in as optional second. Works fine as far as I can see.
I also made it return an error if the episode number is empty, and it can now be used on KM pages by passing KM=yes. (Demo on vids 61-63.)

Okay, here I go with the LGBot. I'm pretty sure I've worked out all the kinks, but I'll try to monitor the bot's edits to make sure.--Jonpro 19:10, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
