(Steve, Charlie and Tariq are still in the woods. Dudley and his father, Dr. Griffin, have found them.)
Steve: Just for the record (shows the injuries on his face) this is what you get if you ask violent people for help.
Charlie: Oh, I'm so sorry Steve, I thought we could trust them. I thought they were the only ones who can help us to find Kate.
Steve: The only thing you get from violent people Charlie, is more violence.
Dr. Griffin: Let me clean you up a little bit (walks towards Steve while opening a little green purse.)
Steve: Get away from me! I don't want your help. (he hits the purse out of Dr. Griffin's hands.)
Dr. Griffin: We all want to find Kate. And give her the help that she so urgently needs.
Steve: You don't wanna help Kate. All you wanna do is find Michelle Clore.
Dr. Griffin: (smiles) Of course we want to find Michelle Clore. By finding her, we find Kate. The answer to their whereabouts is undoubtedly on that laptop that you've found in that van. We have to work together. We have to help each other out.
(Dudley runs towards Charlie, who is holding the laptop from the van, and grabs it out of her hands.)
Dudley: (yelling) This is ridiculous, enough of this bullshit! (pushes Charlie away)
(Tariq moves towards Dudley)
Dr. Griffin: (while holding Tariq back) Wait!
Steve: Whoa, whoa!
(Dudley pulls out a gun and aims at Tariq.)
Dudley: What, yeah? Away from the van, now! (aims the gun at his father, who looks at him surprised) Shut up! Move, now! You, (aims at Steve) choirboy, give me the camera, now! Give me the camera!
Steve: You have to shoot me first.
Charlie: (kicks the gun out of Dudley's hand while screaming) No! Run, run, run ,run!!
(Charlie, Tariq and Steve run away through the woods, two gun shoots are heard.)
Tariq: Quick, quick!
(They run out of the woods in panic, until they're next to a busy road.)
Charlie: Did you guys hear the gunshots?
Steve: (while gasping for air) Yeah...
Tariq: They were totally insane!
(They walk away from the woods, looking back at it.)
Steve: How are you guys doing?
Charlie: Ok.
Steve: You're alright? So, what do we do now?
Tariq: We've got no chance at finding Kate now. They got the laptop.
(Charlie looks at her mobile.)
Tariq: Charlie, what are you doing, with the messaging and all?
Charlie: It's Kate. (looks at her mobile again)
Steve: What?
Charlie: It's Kate.
Notes
- It may be possible that Dudley shot his father, as he pointed the gun at him and yelled for him to shut up and move. The two shots, however, were most likely directed at Charlie and company.
