This location was featured in The Ceremony video. It is the site of Bree's ritual.
It is speculated that this location is Topanga State Park
We actually may get the best view of this location not in The Ceremony video but rather in the Following The Helper video when Daniel discovers a picture of himself attempting to spy on Bree's ritual. Although those pictures are smaller, the lighting is somewhat better. Also, this location is featured to some extent in a few fan videos, particularly those of Nikki Bower.
