Thanks

I just wanted to say thanks to you because I use your userpage constantly to copy templates and the page framework! So yeah, thought I'd let you know it's convenient to me too! Nancy

Thank you for adding episode pages...otherwise I'd have to do it! XD

recap

LOL, I hated the recap too, but I just wanted to do it the way we've always done it. Sorry!!- Nancypants 17:56, 12 November 2007 (CST)

sorry

sorry for whatever I did to the portal, I didn't mean to and actually wasn't aware that I had edited it. I saw the editing conflict but didn't think I did anything else. I'm still not %100 on what I did, but, yeah, sorry. Nancypants 17:26, 13 November 2007 (CST)

Sorry for saying sorry too much! LoL, just kidding! <3 Nancypants 19:12, 13 November 2007 (CST)

The main reason I've been adding leading zeros to episode numbers is because the general format is four digits, and if you look at the categorized videos by blogger, having them not lead with zeros makes them appear out of order. I was contemplating going through and changing all of the videos to three-digit format, but, as I said, it's standard episode number format, so 90% of the videos already had leading zeros. I edited the template a little while ago to give a little nudge for people to add the zero. - Shiori 09:38, 4 December 2007 (CST)

If you want to change all of the videos out there, be my guest. Like I said, I did see the convenience in organizing it without the leading zero, but I didn't feel like editing several hundred video pages. Have fun with that, if you decide to. :p - Shiori 11:00, 4 December 2007 (CST)
As a follow-up, it might be a good idea to edit the Epcode template to remove leading zeros as well. Having the regular videos without them and the season two ones giving leading zeros looks a little funky. I'd do it, but the code it kind of "yikes". Up to the challenge? - Shiori 13:26, 6 December 2007 (CST)

Re:Fight and Flight - 0001

The reason I added the zeroes is that there are zeroes in the LG videos. Get my drift? It's not cool to have "lonelygirl15 video 0001" and then just "KateModern video 1." You gotta have consistency. edit: I'm just trying to help.

Sorry, I didn't realize that it was changed to just lonelygirl15 video 1. It used to be 000#, if you look in the history for some of the videos.

Random Suggestion of the Day

I just had an idea, kind of randomly. Would it be possible/worthwhile to try and combine the Epcode and KMEpcode templates? Well, really, I could probably combine them myself. What I was thinking is making the Epcode template so that it could work with any series. Like, make the parameters go something like this:

{{Epcode|Episode number|Last episode of season 1|Last episode of season 2|etc.,etc.}}

If we could get it to work that way, not only would it be universal, but it would be a world of a lot easier to format for each subsequent season, and we could just put the numbers straight into the blog template. I don't know, I could just be crazy. Just a thought! - Shiori

Jumper Pages

Well, the whole Jumper thing isn't exactly fanfic. It's pseudo-canon (i.e. videos made by the creators that have ties to the lonelygirl15 story... the only other example I can think of at the moment is Nikki Bower, however, unlike Nikki B, the watchyourjack story is not dependent on the lonelygirl one. Also with whatweird and everything, it has a multilayer plot in it's own right). I think there sould be a separate discussion on how the series should be handled. I'll create one on Lucy's balcony right now. --FH14 11:42, 24 January 2008 (EST)
