So it looks like we are assembling a sewing kit...but to what point and purpose? How do these images tie in with the rest of the code and movies?

Ok...lets see

Button (?) - O3 or 03 or 3o 30

Scisors - 8? or ?8

Hint from Better off dead?

Do any of these numbers fill any blank spaces from the earlier cluse?

I wanted to add this in case anyone needs audio confirmation of the Better Off Dead quote.

http://www.xenafan.com/movies/bod/shocked.html

Click on "sounds", then scroll down to "The Racers". It's the last one.

Okay, so using the decoding ring, we find that only one number has '0' and '3'. That would be '30', which represents 'Em'.

Lets me humor myself for a moment...and go back to what the actual objects could mean in a literal sense...

Buttons are for keeping things closed, fastening clothing.

The scisors are for cutting things apart, removing things.

Could this be a hint as well?

What is tachyon effectively doing with these hints...revealing the secrets?

Exactly what I was thinking. I mean, XX/XY -- male vs female chromosomes, so pairs of opposites might not be out of the question.
