as a theatre major, i have to say, YES! theatre acting is NOT the same as movie acting.. it's very different, sometimes you can't get the feel for the whole movie when you're only acting parts out at way different times.. i personally thought she was great, but obviously that opinion is only mine..

| Well, I think they are 5 hours from that mall where bree's dad was shot, tops. Anything Jonas and Daniel could do in a day and have it still be daytime. |

If BC hasn't been hit by freak storms in the past month it is possible they could be there, I think its pretty mild in the winter there with hardly any snow.

But what most didn't catch on to was what Jonas did at the same time. Right after Kathrine said how nice it was for Bree to have two strapping young men around they show Daniel scratch his ass, and Jonas pick his nose and then look at what he got on the end of his finger  |

I didn't see it the first time, but after someone mentioned it, i went back and watched. it was hilarious. he didn't have a clue she was filming him look for boogers..

I thought beast said it would take them two days to get to where Bree's dad was going to meet Bree at...hence another thought in the corner for Canada. |

As soon as Jonas said that he received a call from a girl in a bowling alley, I was really hoping that girl was going to be Tachyon , so I was disappointed that it wasn't. I concur that Drunk Daniel was pretty funny, but then again he started blabbing about the Order. True, it's probable that no one believed him, but there could have been Order spies at the bowling alley, especially since Tachyon's been to a bowling alley before, as have Daniel and Bree. And the poker game was pretty cute, especially the shot of Bree with the visor on her face  . But I still think that something's up with Jonas. I don't think he got Daniel drunk, but perhaps his mood-altering drugs/hypnosis influenced Daniel's emotional state to the point that he wanted to get drunk. Can't wait to see what Jonas did to Daniel after his dare; I hope it's funny .

While I was joking with the "eh" part, I listen to a podcast with a Canadian, plus my friend is in school with me, and she's canadian and has an accent that sounds recognizeable - both are from Alberta, so I do not know if that is something different from that area.

I assume daniel would - but I was thinking about Bree. Jonas didn't even ask if she brought papers with her. She's only 15, I didn't think she had a learner's permit or any ID yet besides a birth certificate, I know at 15 I had a school ID and that was it. A license would usually be enough at least as of a few years ago, but does she have that?
Honestly I don't think she's TOO far from Southern California because Jonas and Daniel were able to crack her father's code and drive down to LA in time to see her meeting her father. That would be a longggg ride to LA if they were in Canada. |
Ya, I'm pretty sure they're still in the States.
I'm from Alberta, I haven't noticed any difference between the way Jonas talks and the way anyone I have ever met talked.... it could be just a farmer thing, some small-towners have a bit of a country accent.

Of course they're not in Canada. If they were, I'm sure the Creators would be taking advantage of all the stereotypes, and they'd be trapped by a blizzard in the mansion with only maple syrup to survive on... and every little while, Jonas would go out and check the cows.
