What's the best way to remove the wind noise? I hear quite a few words that I cannot quite pick up due to the wind.

Did you realise, that members of "rage against the machine" formed a band called AUDIOSLAVE? And that they recently released their new album REVELATIONS, first track song with the same name? I don't think the lyrics give any clue, but you'll find them here:

I really think that Rage has nothing to do with it. I think it's more the lyric line that is place in the track "killing in the name of." The 5Ws/1H are the basics to solving a crime. There has been speculation into Cassie being dead. I think this is the lead we're being givin.
It isn't rare that a religions organization Kills in the name of something. The plot here is directly related with some sort of religious hooplah. Bree is assocaited with occult. We have speculated before that the occult had something to do with Cassies (potential) death.

Run High Pass filter under the effect menu. It should help to eliminate some of the droning bass.

Highlight some of the sound at the very beginning that is just wind/noise. (From 0-2 seconds is perfect.)
Click Effect > Noise Removal > Get Noise Profile
Click Edit > Select All
Click Effect > Noise Removal > Remove Noise
(You might want to Undo and test different Less|More settings to see what works best to remove the noise without removing the voices/music.)
That's it!

Someone was asking how do we get the audio from youtube. Here's what i'm doing :
- first I use "VideoDownloader" (plug in firefox) to save the video in .flv
- I convert the video from .flv to .wmv with CinemaForge 2.0
- I extract an mp3 file from the video using "Video mp3 extractor"
all these are freewares. It takes about 2 minutes to get a descent quality audio file. |
