If we assume that the Order has infiltrated all levels of the various world governments then "Culper Ring" would be synonymous with "Resistance Movement". Perhaps a loose global network of underground operatives (ahem, kind of like LG15 fans  ). Is Jonas is rich enough to fund the resistance? If so, then this story could go in a lot of different directions.

it wouldnt seem likely unless hes one of the relatives of Benjamin Tallmadge, the organizer or the ring in the 1700's. i would imagine an organization as old, and well established as this would have someone besides an unshaven boy with a questionable sexual preferance...
now a smaller faction... i see you used the word resistance as well.
i could see that, but "brother" and "sister" had a " mom" and "dad" who cut them off. maybe hes tach's new bank, but i wouldnt say the whole culper ring

We're not talking about the original Culper Ring of Revolutionary War times. Tachyon's counter-Order group appears to have adopted the name as their own. Clearly they identify themselves as the 'resistance'.
