I personally liked the way things played out but I would have liked more videos of Jonas in captivity and/or hiding.

I don't really know what I think about this. On the one hand, I like that Jonas isn't working for the Order. He's probably my favorite character, and it would have made me sad to see the Jonas/Bree/Daniel team dynamic break apart.
On the other hand, I think evil, on the run Jonas would have made for an interesting story.

I just can't decide. I used to want him to be evil so bad, because I thought it would make for a better story; but he is becoming so soft and sensitive lately I'm getting sucked in once again.

Maybe for a second i wanted him to be evil...like after seeing "Interrigation 101," but mostly i love jonas and his easy innocence.
