Well I definitly think they were all captured, the capturer was a male and yes I also can hear the Jonas that everyone hears Bree saying.

I think it's pretty clear that Daniel isn't actually shown being captured, although the noises and surrounding circumstances would imply that he was. So I've been wondering two things:

1) Maybe he wasn't captured because he's not connected to the Order as closely and Bree and Jonas (due to their parents and the ceremony thing with bree, etc.) They might have just left him there unconcious, thinking he wasn't much of a threat.

That's just a lot of speculation on my part though... Obviously if he was left behind he could contact Tachyon, so it's also likely that they wouldn't want to leave him behind.

2) Why does everyone keep bringing up Daniel being triggered? I was lurking around the forums at the time that this theory developed, and while it seems like a possibility, lately people have been treating it like a fact. "Oh, Daniel must have finally been triggered!" Has there ever been any support or confirmation of this theory?

Anyway, my opinion is that they were all three captured... The only parts that seems questionable are Daniel being captured and the repetition of "Jonas!" (which could be explained if they were all captured at the same time)

Frankly, I can't be bothered to read through 13 + pages of pure speculation, so I'll just quickly post my own thoughts as I watch this video for the 3rd or 4th time.

The lens through which the video is shot is obviously (At least to me) in the shape of an eye. This doesn't seem like a simple trick of the light as it appears throughout the many shots of Las Vegas before anyone is 'captured'

I clearly hear Bree say "Jonas" right as, what we suspect to be Daniel, being captured.

You never see Bree being captured. She turns around and is clearly surprised by someone standing there. One thought that crossed my mind (Other than the possibility of her being captured) is that she recognized the person standing behind her as she turned around. It almost struck me as one of those moments where you are startled and say "Oh, it's just you." She seems surprised to see them there, but not necessarily alarmed or in danger.

Jonas' apparent drugging does seem a little strange. I saw the excuse that he may have been trying to claw the cloth away from his face, but no matter how many times I re-watch it, it truly looks as if he is holding it to his own face.

No sign of bodies toward the end. The calm music and way in which the car drives away also gives the video an almost 'eerie' feeling. Almost as if someone under the control of something that have followed each step methodically and with precision. They are clearly not agitated over what has occurred and feel no need to flee the scene of the crime.

I don't remember anyone saying anything about it, but i was going through frame by frame and i saw a hand grabbing daniel.

It's just over his left shoulder, fisting in his shirt...

Also, if there is still any confusion about what happens to who and how, i can do some detailed screen shots, but as for the moment i don't think its needed.

this is me jumping on board with the they were all three captured at the same time theory!

It goes with the whole parallax theme, and makes sense why you hear jonas' name said all three times ppl are being abducted.

What if it was Bree's mom? Her mom and someone else?

She said she wasn't going to talk to her mom for awhile in "My Dad Said...". Maybe she turned around and saw her mom, like Smelltheflowers said.
