I most DEFINITELY agree with that! But, how was Bree's dad to know about Jonas? Was Jonas around yet? | No he wasn't around then. But it is possible Bree's dad at least knew his family because his family was a part of the original Resistance. |
Agreed! It still makes me wonder though...
And why we have not heard more about Jonas's Nanny.
Maybe it is possible, Jonas was contacted by someone on the behalf of Bree's dad, to help Bree? And the quote from Mary Poppins was a clue that Bree would catch once she met Jonas? Maybe that was why she left with Jonas, without Daniel.
Again, just my opinion.

Well I see two things here:
If Jonas was contacted by Bree's dad or by someone on his behalf, then that would possibly point to Jonas, in fact, being apart of the Order.
or...
If Jonas was contacted by Bree's dad or by someone on his behalf, then that could mean that Bree's dad was leaning more to the Resistance side.
Daniel, could you find out more about his Nanny? _________________ Curfuffle thy forumite.

I think this is hopefully more a probability. This would explain the need to "silence" Bree's dad forever?
And, as for Jonas being contacted, maybe his Nanny is of the Resistance?
Yes, Daniel, what do you know about Jonas and his Nanny?

before i ask my next question, i have an eensy one..
do we know for certain what the list of places means?
or are we still guessing at that as well?
bc if we are..
Is it possible that Jonas's nanny can be found at either the Western-most or the Southwestern-most of those locations?
They may be an emergency contact list of sorts.. or even a "keep a close eye on these people. they may know more then we think they do." kind of thing..? |

Why is everyone so carried away about the westernmost point or the southwesternmost point thing? Do you all realize how that idea came about? |

I think Daniel should look in the Feynman book, there could be another clue there, maybe there's a periodic table somewhere in it? |

This makes the most sense to me as well, Daniel.
The bookshelf is in Bree's room, in case you've forgotten.
Maybe you could light those candles while your in there.

Im pretty new at this decoding bit, but I did notice that in the second to last paragraph some words stuck out. He says that they would be in contact periodically and there is money on the table. Seeing the science background I immediately jumped to the periodic table.
Periodic and table were six words apart from each other in the note. Counting out every sixth word didnt work, 6 did not divide evenly into the total amount of words. I also thought maybe it was evey 6th syllable but the GIGANTIC words in the last paragraph threw that one off as well.
Maybe someone else will have better luck with this than I did.

Mind you, it does talk about the Feynman slash notation, but I'm not sure you can talk about Quantum Mechanics without bringing up Feynman somewhere. |
Finally people are getting to the Feynman connection! I only mentioned it on page 2!

so of the almost 5 pages of posts after my original one, no one responded to mine. I am going to reference it, it's near the bottom of page 8 if you want to look.
The two guys I mentioned in the previous post won a nobel prize in physics for that. Guess who also won a nobel prize in physics? Mr. Feynman. So the two guys got it for their work with superconductivity and Feynman got it for his work with quantum electrodynamics. This is kinda where I fell off because the place that gives out this award is in Sweden, that seems a bit to far fetched and I can't think of anything else. |

OK, correct me if I am not understanding this quote, but in the video "On The Run" Daniel tells us:
Daniel: "So, after we saw the car leave with her parents we went inside. Bree went upstairs to her room and her parents had hidden a note inside Purple Monkey. They had left her some money in there too."
That made me believe the money was inside P.Monkey? And if the note, and money were together...then yes, I think the "money on the table" quote has to do with something else!?
Daniel, was the money inside P. Monkey? Where did you guys find the money they left for Bree? |
