As was to be expected.
The Creators are close enough to that age to understand the need to be part of something they aren't old enough to take part in.
I would bet there will be some checking of I.D. as a prerequisite to be one of the final 35 that get in.
Don't waste your time going there underagers.
It will be a wasted trip I would assume. |

I take back some of what I said then.
I do have reservations about this though if the age grouping was 13-17 or something similar.
Please be safe all and let your parents in on your plans at the very least or better yet bring them.
This whole thing is making me nervous. |

I got the email, too. But I'm nowhere near LA. I'm in Washington, and I did NOT lie. Do they really expect people to come from that far away, not only on such short notice but with no guarantee they won't just be turned away because they weren't in the first 35?
I did cheat to get 99%, though. I'm really really curious what this is going to turn out to be, assuming it is legit. (Anybody have a link to the creators saying it's legit?) I like the idea of it being the Ceremony, since there has been suspicion of it being on the blue moon, which could be early Friday morning. So it would make sense for them to film it the day before.
If I did show up and it was for the ceremony I think I'd be turned away anyway. I don't think any orderites have purple hair. |

Oooh, haha. Sorry, guess that blasts my theory. 
I guess the Creators just plain don't like me, hehe. I sent them two e-mails for the HoO newsletter and did this thingie too. Of course... I did cheat, lol, but whatever.
Well, if you can go, go. Just film it, I'm quite curious to see what happens.

I doubt highly that they would allow it to be filmed
however, I think they may be filming it and turn it into an episode.
If they were smart they would do that, because if my suspicions are correct, there will be a key piece of evidence for a puzzle that is currently happening, or will come up. And it would be completely unfair and unreasonable for them to disclude this information publicly.

Except that they're meeting in a public place, and anybody could be there or be filming it. You know, like Daniel and Jonas...NikkiB....anyone else.
I'm guessing from the email that the first 35 will be given invitations with more information to a more private function, which would make sense.
Still a bit scary, but it makes sense. |

Sorry for things I said on this thread last night. I was sure it was a gamejack and I was concerned for others safty.
Creators- while I think that this is a cool idea it borders on scary/wrong for two reasons"
1) taking the online world offline involving anything with a cult raises my suspicions big time. I trust you guys, but still. With all the dangers of the internet with kids being kidnapped of myspace and stuff its not sending a very good message. Especially introduced in the manor you did it.
2) Obviously with fans around the world it is impossible for us all to go, and I am so wrapped up in this story that I think it really sucks I can't be involved. Its not an equal playing field.
On a different note, I bet they'll shoot a live scene with Daniel and Jonas coming to the rescue. It'll be really cool. |
