I mentioned this earlier, as did someone else.
*Edit* Although....if this was the case, it would be extremely unlikely she would have just done it once and left. I'm not going to get into it, but unless she had her fertile days all planned out....getting pregnant from a one time thing isnt very good odds.

Exactly. Heck, it wouldn't even be realistic for a 19-year-old and a 17-year-old in the mood (or one in the mood, and the other being played) to stop and say "Wait, I wonder what the laws of our state say! Let's go online real quick and check it out! They're watching us, I'm sure!" |
In California, Jonas could be accused of misdemeanor statutory rape (two years) not felony (3 or more years apart). However the majority of cases brought before the court are with victims under the age of 16 and perps over the age of 20.
However, if the cabin that Jonas rented is in Nevada then the age of consent is 16 so Jonas actually committed no crime

Also, as cheesy as this video was at the beginning, I think it's really endearing how much Jonas is like... enamoured. The fangirl in me swooned.
But I knew the second he second he mentioned the shower something was wrong. Though I was sort of expecting her to be passed out in the shower or like... have attempted to slit her wrists or something. Which is admittedly a little morbid.
I hope we don't go too long without Bree again.

Poor Jonas. Unfortunately, he is a man, and there is one very easy way to manipulate a man. And apparently Bree knows that.
I wonder if they really did go "all the way", tho. Doesn't seem like a very Bree thing to do, HoO brainwashing or not. |

Come on, they did it. the pink shirt says it all. Bree didn't take it off because it was hot. And Jonas' confidence when he comes into the bathroom is that of a man who has seen her naked already.
And bringing the camera to the bathroom? what if she was there? we would have seen bree in all her naked glory.
I think Bree somehow sent a message to the order telling them to pick her up, or simply stole jonas' car. but that would mean they are stuck in that house.

Sorry once again for duping your thoughts I can see it happening, it helps delay the story for 9 months +
and yes i know its rather terrible odds, odder things happen everyday though!
again i dont think they did anything, just spouting out thoughts lol! |

Well knocking up a minor wouldnt be the best thing for the creators to do...but again, they have shown all types of crimes being committed in these vids. |

THANK YOU for saying exactly what I said a few pages back.
You all are like 'OMG Bree took advantage of JONAS' but, if she escaped when she did it was while she was in the shower! It's not like she wouldn't have been in the shower alone if her and Jonas hadn't kissed/hooked up.
